Chris has 25+ years of experience serving individuals with ASD and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. She holds a Ph.D. in Autism and Severe Disabilities from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master’s in Special Education from Temple University. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2001, Chris has experience working with children, adults, and families in home, hospital, school and community settings.

Areas of consultation include, but are not limited to:

  • IEP and Special Education Advocacy
  • Home Behavioral Programming (age 3-adult)
  • Behavioral Insights for individuals in Supported Employment
  • Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) for families
  • Case and Care Coordination

Chris believes that the client’s priorities are the most important, and that family involvement is the key to success. She will work with you to determine what you most want to achieve, and provide tools and coaching to get you there.

In addition to education consulting, Chris is a certified personal trainer and health coach (American Council on Exercise). She also has training in trauma-informed care. Therefore, Chris takes a whole-person approach to consultation.
